Spicy turkey carpaccio

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 Mango
  • 2 small red onions
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 25 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sriracha hot chili sauce
  • 20 discs wafer-thin turkey breast cold cuts (à approx. 15 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp some coriander

Directions

    Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into small cubes. Cut 1/2 mango from the stone, peel and dice the flesh. Put the rest of the mango with the stone aside and use it for other purposes. Peel onions and cut into fine rings. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, wash and remove seeds. Chop 1/2 pod, use the remaining pod for other purposes. Mix paprika, mango, onions, chili and olive oil in a bowl. Season to taste with salt. Mix in pumpkin seeds

    Arrange turkey breast slices on a large (or two small) plate. Spread the paprika-mango mixture on top. Sprinkle with chilli. Garnish with coriander leaves as desired
