Spicy Camembert balls

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1/4 Camembert cheese (31g; 30% fat in dry matter)
  • 20 g soft butter or margarine
  • 1 heaped Tbsp Mixed Pickles
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Caraway seeds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp mixed pickles

Directions

    Finely dice cheese and fat. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Drain mixed pickles and also dice finely. Wash parsley and chop finely, except for a stem for garnishing.

    Add mixed pickles and parsley to the cheese mixture. Season with caraway or lemon pepper to taste. Knead with your hands and form into small balls. Arrange on a plate and chill briefly.

    To serve, garnish with some mixed pickles and parsley. Pumpernickel tastes good with it.
