Peel and wash the carrot and cut it into coarse sticks. Clean, wash and cut the leek into rings. Peel and finely dice the onion.1 tsp. diced onion with minced meat, breadcrumbs and mustard.
Season with salt and pepper. Shape into small balls. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions, add carrots and leek for the last 3 minutes. Heat oil in a coated pan, fry balls in it for 4-5 minutes, remove.
Fry the rest of the onion in hot frying fat. Cook with finesse and pour 75 ml water to the frying fat. Bring to the boil, stir in stock. Stir in sauce thickener and thicken sauce with it. Add meatballs to the sauce.
Drain the pasta and vegetables and let them drain. Arrange noodles with sauce. Wash chives, dab dry, sprinkle noodles with it.
