Wash and clean the chanterelles. Cut the bacon into cubes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain bacon in a pan, add oil and fry the chanterelles in it while turning.
Add spring onions and fry for 1-2 minutes. Drain the noodles, put them back into the pot and fold in the mushroom pan. Season with salt and pepper and arrange on plates.
