Spaghetti with boletus bacon sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 1 (15 g) Bag of dried porcini mushrooms
  • 80 g Smoked bacon
  • 1/8 l Broth
  • 2 tablespoons (40 g) Fresh cream
  • 3-5 Tbsp Sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime soak the mushrooms in 3/8 l warm water. Dice the bacon and leave it crispy. Drain the mushrooms (collect the stock) and sweat briefly. Deglaze with mushroom water and broth.

    Simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in crème fraiche, thicken. Season to taste.
