Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Whisk eggs, milk and parmesan. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Wash and clean the tomato and cut into thin slices. Drain the mozzarella. Pour the pasta into a greased pizza tin (26 cm Ø ).
Sprinkle with the egg milk. Spread tomato slices and half of the mozzarella on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Clean the mushrooms, wash them if necessary and cut them into fine slices. Cut ham in half lengthwise. Wash the basil, dab dry and remove the leaves from the stalks. Serve pizza with prepared ingredients, remaining mozzarella and olives
