Ingredients

  • 2 Stalks of celery (approx. 150 g)
  • 1 (approx. 150 g) Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 300 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 1/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash and dice the celery. Peel, wash and dice the carrot. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly, season with salt and pepper.

    Add the onion, carrot and celery and fry briefly. Add canned tomatoes and chop a little. Add stock and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare noodles in boiling salted water according to package instructions.

    Drain the pasta, let it drain. Season the Bolognese once again with salt and pepper. Arrange pasta and sauce on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if necessary. Garnish with parsley.
