Semolina casserole with pears

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pear (about 250 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 1 package (141 g) "Preparation for semolina casserole"
  • 20 g flaked almonds
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Wash the pear, rub dry and quarter it. Cut out the core. Cut pear into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle with sugar and leave to marinate a little. In the meantime, put the quark and egg in a bowl and mix.

    Add milk and semolina casserole powder and stir in. Grease the mould (approx. 600 ml content) and layer the semolina mass together with the pear wedges. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes until golden brown. 20 minutes before the end of the baking time, sprinkle flaked almonds over the casserole and bake with it. Serve sprinkled with icing sugar. Serve with chocolate sauce
