Scrambled eggs with salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg (Gr. S)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 50 g fresh salmon fillet
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 100 g Lettuce (e.g. head and lamb's lettuce)
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener

Directions

    Whisk egg and water together, season. Salmon wash, dice. Heat oil in a pan, fry salmon. Add the egg and let it set. Wash the chives and sprinkle over the salmon in small rolls

    Clean and wash the lettuce and tomatoes. Drain the lettuce. Mix lemon juice, salt and sweetener. Dribble over the lettuce. Arrange everything
