Scampi in pepper vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 big red and yellow
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet pepper
  • 2 Basil pots
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Balsamiko vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Baguette roll
  • 12 (100 g per person) Scampi
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into small cubes. Wash the basil. Cut leaves into strips, except for a few for garnishing. Season vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix oil and prepared ingredients. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Cut baguette into slices. Clean, wash and pat dry the scampi. Heat fat in a pan and fry garlic in it. Add the scampi and fry all around for about 3 minutes. Then take them aside. Roast baguette slices briefly in garlic butter. Serve everything garnished with basil leaves
