  • 1 collar Chives
  • 2 tablespoons (approx. 50 g) Double cream cream cheese and milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 tin(s) (250 g) chilled fresh dough for croissants

Directions

    Wash the herbs, cut into longer stalks, the rest into small rolls. Mix cheese, milk and rolls, season

    Divide the dough into triangles. Cover each triangle with 1 slice of ham and spread with cheese. Roll up from the broad side, placing the chives under the top of the dough

    Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush with whisked egg yolk. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 12-15 minutes
