Sausage goulash with dumplings

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 6 Potato dumplings "half & half"
  • 7-10 Tbsp (in cook bag)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 4 medium-sized onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS butter/margarine
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 2 Mettwürstchen and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Krakauer
  • 300 g frozen peas
  • 100 g Sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 7-10 Tbsp evt. Cayennepfeffer
  • 7-10 Tbsp possibly herbs

Directions

    Boil the dumplings in a cooking bag in plenty of cold salted water. Cook for about 1 minute. Then let it simmer at low heat for about 15 minutes. Then quench

    In the meantime clean, wash, halve or quarter the mushrooms. Peel onions, cut into strips

    Heat the fat. Fry the mushrooms until golden brown. Add onions and steam. Sauté flour in it. Stir in 350 ml water. Bring to the boil, add stock. Simmer for 5 minutes

    Cut the sausages into slices. Add to the sauce with frozen peas. Stir in sour cream. Bring to the boil and simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste. Arrange and garnish everything

    Drink: cold beer
