1 Peel and chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in an oiled pan. Peel and grate the ginger, add it for 1 min.
2 Drain the peas/carrots, coarsely mash the carrots. Drain the sardines, remove the middle bones and crumble them. Add them to the pan, stir for 2 minutes. Salt, pepper and garma masala flavor.
3 Oil the sheets of brik, cut them in half, and fold them into rectangles. Put some stuffing on one end and fold to form a triangle. Do the same with the rest of the stuffing and brik leaves.
4 In an oiled frying pan, cook the samosas, on each side, until golden brown. Drain them on paper towels and serve .
