Salmon tartar with princess beans

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Princess beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 pinch of sugar
  • 1 small onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 300 g fresh salmon fillet
  • 1 Lime or small lemon
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sesame
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lime or lemon and dill

Directions

    Clean the beans, wash them. Steam them covered in little boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. (Put frozen beans unfrozen in 1/8 l boiling salted water. Bring to the boil and cook for 4-5 minutes). Drain

    Peel and chop the onion. Wash the chives and chop finely. Wash salmon, dab dry and chop very finely. Mix everything and squeeze the lime. Season tartar with lime, salt, pepper, sugar and oil

    If necessary, roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, remove. Arrange the salmon tartar with the beans. Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and garnish
