Salmon cubes on BabyLeaf salad with avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (200 g) Babyleaf salad (ready mixed salad)
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 400 g Graved salmon in one piece
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Wash and drain the salad. Halve the avocado and remove the core. Peel the avocado, cut into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice

    Cut the salmon into cubes of about 1 cm. Peel and chop the onion. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and diced onion. Fold in the oil. Distribute the salad on plates and cover with salmon cubes and avocado slices. Spread the vinaigrette over the salad.
