Roulade with chutney

Ingredients

  • 80 g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 1 small pot of coriander
  • 4 Rolls of beef
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Mango Chutney

Directions

    Clean and clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices. Peel, wash and thinly slice carrots. Wash coriander, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stalks. Season roulades with salt and pepper.

    Spread 2 tablespoons each of chutney, mushrooms and carrots on the roulades. Sprinkle with coriander.
