  • 750 g Cherry vine tomatoes
  • 4 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 2–3 Branches of rosemary
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse sea salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grill trays

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes. Wash the herbs, shake dry and pluck the leaves or needles.

    Mix tomatoes, herbs, olive oil and pepper. Pour into one large or several small grill trays. Grill on the hot grill for 10-15 minutes. Turn if necessary. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
