Rocket pesto with noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON (10 g) Pine nuts
  • 50 g spaghetti, salt
  • 50 g rocket, 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 small clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) rubbed. Parmesan
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Roast the seeds without fat. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes

    Clean and wash the rocket and cut 2/3 finely. Wash and chop the parsley. Peel garlic. Puree with parsley, chopped rocket and half pine nuts. Stir in oil and parmesan, season

    Drain the pasta. Serve with pesto, the rest rocket and pine nuts
