Roasted porcini mushrooms with pork steaks

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 400 g Porcini mushrooms
  • 400-500 g Pork tenderloin
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp untreated lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Wash the parsley, pluck half of it, chop. Clean, clean and slice the mushrooms

    Wash the fillet if necessary, dab dry and cut into approx. 8 slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan. Fry the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side, season. Wrap in aluminium foil and let it rest

    Fry the mushrooms in hot frying fat, turning frequently. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and continue frying. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Arrange everything, sprinkle chopped parsley over it. Drizzle with frying stock, slice cheese over it. Garnish with the rest of the parsley and lemon. Served with: Ciabatta
