Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 300 g small potatoes (e.g. firmly boiling)
  • 2 small onions
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 2 discs (50 g) smoked turkey breast or lean Kasseler cold cuts
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp some curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the potatoes and cook them covered in a little water for about 20 minutes. Quench, peel and, depending on size, halve or quarter

  2. 2

Onions peel and cut into fine slices. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Cut the cold cuts into coarse strips

  3. 3

Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the potatoes and onion slices for about 10 minutes until crispy. Season with curry, salt and pepper. Stir in cold cuts and chives and serve immediately

  4. 4

This makes potatoes crispy even with little fat: fry them in a coated pan at medium heat and only turn them when the lower side is browned. Add onions later, otherwise they will burn. Salt them at the very end. Delicious side dish with potatoes: gherkins or pickled peppers have almost no calories
