  • 6-8 Chives (Asian)
  • 1 large carrot
  • 150 g White cabbage salad
  • 6-8 discs (20 g each) Roast beef cold cuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries

Directions

    Wash the chives, place them in boiling water for about 1 minute, remove and drain. Peel, wash and roughly grate the carrot. Mix salad and carrot. Place roast beef side by side on a board, spread the salad on top, roll up and tie together with a chive stalk. Serve the rolls on a plate sprinkled with pink berries
