Rillettes de sardines

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 4 pers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Preparation : 10 mn
  • 2 sardine cans in oil
  • 1 poivron rouge
  • 1/2 bocal de tomate séchée
  • 1 fresh cheese (type Boursin échalote/ciboulette)
  • 1 citron vert
  • 7-10 Tbsp sel et poivre

Directions

    1 Open and seed the pepper and cut it into pieces. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and sardines.

    2 In a food processor, blend the tomato, pepper and cream cheese in a bowl for 30 seconds. Add the sardine and blend for another 30 seconds.

    3 Squeeze the lemon, add it to the sardine rillettes. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve in a cool place until ready to serve.
