Ingredients

  • 900 ml Riesling white wine
  • 1 package (500 g) Extra gelling sugar

Directions

    Put wine and sugar in a pot and mix well. Bring to the boil while stirring constantly and let it boil fizzily for 2-3 minutes. After 2 minutes drip some jelly onto a cold plate. If it gels immediately, pour jelly from the pot into prepared glasses, close them and put them on the lid for about 5 minutes. Turn over again and let it cool down completely
