Rice pudding with kiwi

  • 1 l Milk
  • 200 g Rice Pudding
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3-4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 4 Kiwis
  • 4 Physalis

    Bring milk to the boil, add rice, 1 pinch of salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Let it swell for about 30 minutes at low heat while stirring occasionally. Let it cool down afterwards. Cut 1 kiwi into about 8 slices. Peel the remaining kiwis, dice them coarsely and puree them. Just before serving, arrange rice with kiwi sauce in dessert glasses and decorate with kiwi slices and physalis
