Bring milk, sugar, 1 pinch of salt and cinnamon to the boil. Stir in rice, cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Stir in between. Meanwhile drain the apricots, catching the juice. Cut the apricots into slices, wash the cherries, drain and stone them.
Wash, halve and stone the plums and cut them into slices. Mix 100 ml apricot juice, honey and lemon juice. Mix the fruits in it. Arrange rice with fruits on plates
