Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut tomatoes into quarters, remove seeds and dice. Halve sausage lengthwise and cut into slices. Wash and clean broccoli, cut into florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and let drain.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, garlic and mushrooms. Add the cabanossi and tomatoes and fry. Stir in rice and add vegetable stock. Add tomato paste and stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Mix in broccoli. Season rice pan with salt and pepper
