Ingredients

  • 1 Onion (approx. 80 g)
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 250 g Long grain rice
  • 600 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 300 g Cabanossi Sausage
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a saucepan, fry the onion and garlic until transparent. Add rice and fry briefly. Deglaze with stock, season with salt and let it swell for about 25 minutes. In the meantime clean and slice the mushrooms.

    Cut tomatoes into quarters, remove seeds and dice. Halve sausage lengthwise and cut into slices. Wash and clean broccoli, cut into florets and cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain and let drain. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Brown the mushrooms in it. Add cabanossi and tomatoes and fry them. Stir in rice. Stir in tomato paste and fry for about 3 minutes while stirring.
