Redfish fillet in curry almonds

Ingredients

  • 1/4 red pepper
  • 1/2 small zucchini
  • 2 TABLESPOONS chopped almonds
  • 1 knife tip Salt
  • 1 knife tip black pepper
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Curry Powder
  • 110 g Redfish fillet
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into fine strips. Wash and clean the zucchini and cut them into long slices with a peeler. Steam vegetables in 2 tablespoons of water for about 3 minutes, remove and drain. Mix almonds, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and curry. Wash the fish, dab dry and brush the inside with the almond mixture, press down a little.

    Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a coated pan. Fry the fillet with the almond side down for 2-3 minutes. Turn the fillet and fry for another 2 minutes. Arrange fish and vegetables on a plate
