Wash the marjoram, dab dry and remove the leaves. Wash and clean spring onion and cut into rings. Quarter peppers, remove seeds, wash and cut into strips. Wash, clean and halve the tomatoes.
Cook rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat thoroughly. Add the bell pepper, spring onion, tomatoes and peas to the mince and fry for 5-10 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Drain the rice, let it drain and fold it into the minced vegetables.
