Quick recipe: chocolate marshmallows

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 20 Strawberries
  • 150 g Dark chocolate
  • 50 g white chocolate
  • 1 TABLESPOON Coconut flake
  • 24 Marshmallows
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS crushed pistachio kernels
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 8 wooden skewers
  • baking paper

Directions

    Wash the strawberries and dab dry. Coarsely chop the chocolate separately and melt each in a bowl over a warm water bath. Roast grated coconut in a pan without fat. Dip 4 strawberries in white couverture, drain well and place on a plate covered with cling film. Put the strawberries in a cool place. Put marshmallows and remaining strawberries on wooden skewers and place them on a cake rack.

    Place the cake rack on baking paper. Pour dark chocolate over the skewers and sprinkle with pistachios and grated coconut. Put the skewers in a cool place until the chocolate is firm. Cut strawberries covered with white chocolate in half and arrange on plates with 2 skewers on each. Dust with icing sugar
