Quark gratin with berries

Ingredients

  • 300 g TK-mixed berries
  • 1/8 l red fruit juice
  • 3-4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 slightly heaped tablespoon of cornflour
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 1 package Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 2 fresh protein
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Icing sugar

Directions

    Bring fruit, juice and sugar to the boil in a pot. Stir the starch and 2 tablespoons of water until smooth and bind the juice with it. Simmer compote for 1-2 minutes. Let cool down a little bit

    Stir curd and vanilla sugar until smooth. Beat the egg whites until stiff, while pouring in the icing sugar. Fold the beaten egg white into the quark

    Spread the berries into 4 small or 1 large ovenproof dish. Spread the quark mixture on top. Bake in a hot oven (electric range: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for 8-10 minutes. Tastes hot or cold
