Puree mince casserole with leek

Ingredients

  • 2-3 thick sticks (about 750 g) Leek
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 500 g mixed mince
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 1 Bag "Fix for carrot and leek vegetables
  • 2 cup(s) (100 g) Flake puree powder with milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 100 g grated Emmental cheese (bag)

Directions

    Preheat oven: electric cooker: 200 °C / circulating air: 175 °C / gas: stage 3. clean, wash and cut leek into rings. For the puree boil 4 cups of water in a pot

    Heat the oil. Fry the mince in it until crumbly. Sauté leek. Deglaze with 1/4 l water and cream. Bring to the boil, stir in Fix für Gemüse. Stew everything for 3-4 minutes

    Stir the puree flakes into the boiling water and

    Leave to soak for 1 minute. Then stir vigorously and season with nutmeg. Season the leek mince ragout to taste

    Spread the puree into an ovenproof dish. Spread leek mince ragout on top. Sprinkle cheese evenly over it. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown
