Prawn and salmon skewers with mustard sauce

Ingredients

  • 100 g Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small clove of garlic
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Dill
  • 4 tablespoons (40 g) ripened cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 6-8 (75 g) cooked peeled shrimps
  • 100 g Salmon fillet (without skin)
  • 7-8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp or lime
  • 3-4 drop of oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Put rice in about 1/4 l boiling salted water and simmer covered for about 20 minutes

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the dill and chop finely, except for a little for garnishing. Mix both with cream and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Wash the shrimps and salmon and pat dry. Dice salmon. Wash the tomatoes. Cut lemon into slices. Put everything with lemon alternately on skewers. Grease a coated pan with oil and fry the skewers in it for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper

    If necessary, pour rice into cups that have been rinsed cold, press them down and turn them out onto plates. Serve with skewers and sauce. Garnish with rest of dill
