Ingredients

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 150 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS dried herbs of Provence
  • 50 g shelled sesame
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground white pepper
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon
  • 50 g Rocket
  • 400 g Shrimps (cooked)
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 75 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chilli pepper and marjoram

Directions

    Thoroughly peel and wash the potatoes and cook them in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime peel and finely dice the onion. Grate cheese finely. Drain the potatoes and mash them with a potato masher. First stir in herbs, sesame and onions, then parmesan and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.

    Pour the dough into a pizza mould (26 cm Ø) lined with baking paper and press down evenly with wet hands. Bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes. In the meantime, pour the artichokes onto a sieve, drain well and cut in half. Halve the chilli pepper, remove the seeds and cut into fine strips. Peel garlic and chop very finely. Mix lemon juice, half of the garlic and chili. Season with salt and pepper. Clean, wash and drain the rocket. Mix shrimps, artichokes, rocket and marinade. Mix yoghurt, sour cream and remaining garlic. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Remove the potato pizza base from the oven.

Remove the potato pizza base from the oven. Spread marinated shrimps, artichokes and rocket evenly on top and serve garnished with chilli pepper and marjoram as desired. Add yoghurt and curry dip extra. Results in approx. 8 pieces
