Wash the potatoes and boil in water with skin for about 15 minutes. Pour off, rinse with cold water and let it cool down a bit. Peel the potatoes. Wash, clean and chop the spring onions. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Fry potatoes in hot fat for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
Season with salt and pepper. Add cherry tomatoes, spring onions and sesame seeds 3 minutes before the end of the cooking time and fry. Season if necessary. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Sprinkle over the pan dish
