Potato pan with scrambled eggs and zucchini

Ingredients

  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 200 g cleaned zucchini
  • 1/2 small peeled clove of garlic
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 (30 g) thin slice of smoked ham
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 2-3 stem(s) Chives.

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Wash zucchini and cut into thin slices. Chop garlic finely if necessary.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes for about 8 minutes while turning. Add garlic and zucchini, fry for 3-4 minutes and season

    Finely dice the ham. Whisk egg and mineral water. Season with salt and pepper. Add ham and egg to the pan. Let the egg fry over low heat. Wash and chop the chives and sprinkle over the pan before serving
