Potato pan with feta cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 peeled
  • 7-10 Tbsp Garlic clove
  • 2 discs Lean breakfast bacon (Bacon)
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 200 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 1 (30 g) peeled onion
  • 200 g cleaned zucchini
  • 25 g Sheep or feta cheese
  • 1-2 stem(s) Basil

Directions

    Cut garlic into thin slices, bacon into strips. Drain bacon in a coated pan without fat. Add garlic and fry both until crispy. Take out and let drain on kitchen paper

    Heat the oil in the bacon fat. Wash the potatoes and

    Cutting columns. Fry in hot oil while turning for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Dice onion. Wash the zucchini and cut into sticks. Add both to the potatoes and fry for another 5-8 minutes

    Add bacon and garlic to the potatoes. Season to taste. Crumble the cheese and sprinkle over it. Possibly garnish with basil

    - Give preference to lean bacon for breakfast:

    100 g have only approx. 25 g fat, 100 g normal marbled ones have 65 g fat

    - The potato pan also tastes good with carrot or pepper strips
