Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Pork escalope
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 Leek sticks (leek)
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into pieces. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into slices. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Leek clean, wash and cut into rings.

    Clean and slice the mushrooms. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat in it thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Remove the meat from the pan. Fry the potatoes in the frying fat for 12-15 minutes.

    Add the mushrooms and leeks about 3 minutes before the end of the frying time and fry. Add meat and season again with salt, pepper and paprika. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely.

    Serve the potato pan sprinkled with parsley.
