Pork tenderloin and colourful vegetables from the wok

Ingredients

  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 1 red pepper
  • 250 g Sweet peas
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 750 g Pork tenderloin
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sesame seed
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 125 ml Soy sauce
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 1 TEASPOON Asian spice
  • 1 TEASPOON Cornstarch
  • 1/2 bunch Coriander

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into florets. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Wash and clean the mangetouts and cut them in half at an angle. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, wash and remove the seeds. Cut the pod into small pieces. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips

    Roast sesame seeds in a hot wok without fat until golden brown, remove. Heat oil in the wok, fry meat in it while turning, remove. Add broccoli and peppers to the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously. Add sugar snap peas and fry briefly. Add soy sauce and 100 ml water, bring to the boil. Add honey and season with asia spice. Simmer briefly.

    Stir starch with a little water until smooth. Thicken sauce with it, bring to the boil again. Add meat and warm up. Wash coriander, shake dry, pluck leaves. Serve sprinkled with coriander and sesame seeds. Rice tastes good with it
