Wash the pork fillets, dab dry and cut into about 16 medallions. Tie into shape with kitchen yarn. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the medallions for 4-5 minutes, turning. Season with salt and pepper, take them out of the pan and let them cool down. Cut the bacon slices in half and leave them crispy in hot frying fat in portions, let them cool down.
Remove kitchen string from the medallions. Put 1 bacon slice and 1 plum on a cocktail stick. Skewer on the medallions and arrange on a plate. Garnish with parsley
