Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 175 g Flour
  • 60 g Icing sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 125 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cling film
  • 750 g Low-fat curd
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 50 g Cornstarch
  • 1 package (250 g) Poppy seed bake
  • 4 Eggs
  • 50 g Raisins
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

  1. 1

Put the flour, icing sugar, vanillin sugar, egg yolk and fat in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Wrap in foil and let it rest in the fridge for about 1/2 hour.

  2. 2

In the meantime, put the quark, sugar, lemon juice, starch and poppy seed bake in a bowl. Separate the eggs, add the egg yolks to the quark mixture and mix everything together. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in with the raisins.

  3. 3

Roll out dough between 2 layers of foil and cut out a base (24 cm Ø). Grease the baking tin (24 cm Ø), put the base in it and add the quark mixture. Bake in the preheated oven (electric 175 ° C, gas: level 2) for 60 minutes.

  4. 4

In the meantime, cut out 12 stars from the remaining dough and place them on the rim 10 minutes before the end of the baking time. Spread with egg yolk. Dust with icing sugar before serving. Results in about 12 pieces.
