Wash the meat, possibly halve the chicken breast lengthwise. Divide chicken legs into upper and lower leg. Wash the herbs, pluck them from the stalks and chop roughly. Peel garlic and chop finely. Chop the chillies finely. Wash lemon warm. Squeeze 1/2 lemon.
Mix the juice with olive oil, garlic, salt and chillies. Rub chicken parts with it and marinate for at least 2 hours. Cut the rest of the lemon into slices. Spread the chicken parts with marinade and lemon slices on the fat pan of the oven and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 1 hour. Serve garnished with lemon wedges. Serve with ciabatta bread and olives
