Plate tiramisu with fig coulis (Italy eats deliciously)

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 150 g Cantuccini (Italian almond biscuits)
  • 100 ml cold espresso or strong coffee
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Cream curd
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 6 ripe figs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa

Directions

    Arrange the cantuccini on four plates. Drizzle espresso over them. Mix mascarpone, quark and sugar. Pour onto the cantuccini and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

    Wash the figs, cut off the stalks. Chop the figs and puree them in a tall mixing bowl with a hand blender.

    Arrange the fig coulis on the plates. Dust with cocoa.
