Ingredients

  • 800 g Potatoes (waxy)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 pickled cucumber
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 (150 g ) Cup of sour cream
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Lemon vinegar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 8 Plaice fillets (approx. 75 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 8 discs (10 g each) Bacon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon and dill

Directions

    For the salad, wash the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for 15-20 minutes. Quench cold, peel, slice and let cool. Wash the cucumber and slice thinly. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel and halve the onion and cut into strips.

    For the sauce mix sour cream, vinegar and 1 tablespoon of oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Wash the dill, chop finely and stir in. Mix potatoes, cucumber, tomatoes, onions and the sauce carefully. Cover and leave to stand. Season to taste again before serving. Wash the plaice fillets and dab dry. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Roll up with 1 slice of bacon and fix with wooden sticks.
