  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 2 can(s) (425 ml each) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried Italian herbs
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 TABLESPOON clarified butter
  • 2 discs (approx. 50 g) Cooked ham
  • 50 g Salami in thin slices
  • 150 g grated pizza cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

  1. 1

Mix flour, milk and eggs until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Let the dough swell for at least 20 minutes

  2. 2

Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Heat the oil and sauté the white of the spring onions. Add tomatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs. Grate mozzarella roughly

  3. 3

Heat the clarified butter in portions in a pan (approx. 24 cm Ø). Pour approx. 1/4 of the batter into the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown. Bake another 3 pancakes with the rest of the dough as described

  4. 4

Spread 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce on each pancake. Cover 2 pancakes with ham and 2 pancakes with salami. Spread mozzarella on top. Roll up the pancakes and cut into small rolls. Grease a casserole dish. Spread the rest of the tomato sauce in the dish. Put the pancake rolls in the dish. Sprinkle with pizza cheese and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 25 minutes. Sprinkle with green spring onion rings
