Pizza corners with chicken and spinach

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 200 g Frozen leaf spinach
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 250 g Chicken filet
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 1 package (600 g) Pizza dough with tomato sauce (chiller cabinet)
  • 100 g grated gouda
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3). Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat 1 tbsp. oil in a saucepan. Sauté the garlic in it. Add spinach and defrost.

    Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put the spinach in a sieve, drain and let it cool down.

    Wash, halve and slice the tomatoes. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into thin slices. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a coated frying pan. Fry the meat in it all around for about 3 minutes.

    Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

    Unroll the pizza dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cut the dough into 6 rectangles and halve each diagonally. Move the pieces a little bit apart.

    Squeeze the spinach lightly. Spread tomato sauce on the dough. Cover with tomatoes, spinach and meat. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in hot oven for 10-12 minutes.
