Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm water. Mix the flour, spices and salt in a large bowl and then add the yeast, sugar and water mixture. Knead Guuuuuut (quietly for a few minutes) and add some flour if necessary.
Place the dough in a warm place for about 60 minutes (it should double in size).
Cut the ingredients for the topping. Spread the chilli sauce on the rolled out pastry and cover with the ingredients.
Put the pizza in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200°C (circulating air) and season with basil, fleur de sel and fresh pepper before serving.
