Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 300 g Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 250 g Cherries
  • 200 g Camembert
  • 100 g Bacon, sliced
  • 1 package (260 g) fresh tarte flambée dough rolled out ready to bake on baking paper (approx. 40 x 24 cm; cooling shelf)
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Stir sour cream until smooth, season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Wash, drain and stone the cherries. Cut the camembert into slices and halve them again. Cut bacon into strips

  2. 2

Unroll the tarte flambée, tear each tarte flambée into 8 pieces (work with both hands so that the dough is not stretched too thin). Line 2-3 baking trays with baking paper, spread pieces on top. Put some sour cream on each piece and spread. Cover half with cherries and cheese, sprinkle the other half with spring onions and bacon. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately
