Penne with tuna sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (160 g net weight) Tuna, in oil
  • 100 g Baby Spinach
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 400 g Penne noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 1 can(s) (850 ml) Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Drain the tuna, pluck it roughly. Wash spinach, sort and drain well. Peel onion and garlic and dice finely. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions

    Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté onion and garlic in it. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Add the tomatoes and chop them in the pot with a spatula. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain the noodles and let them drain

    Add spinach to the sauce and stir in. Remove from heat. Add the tuna, season with soy sauce, pepper and sugar. Mix in the pasta and serve immediately
