Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet
Cut the salsiccia into slices. Grate cheese. Wash herbs, shake dry. Pluck leaves from the stems. Put some leaves aside for garnishing. Puree the remaining leaves, 4 tbsp. olive oil, pine nuts and pecorino in a tall bowl. Season with salt and pepper
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Sauté the salsiccia for about 3 minutes while turning. Drain the pasta, let it drain well and mix with the pesto
Arrange salsiccia on the pasta, garnish with sage and basil
